Amazon Expedition: What We Gained

Our Amazon expedition has come to a close and we are back to operating business as usual.  Closing down operations for an entire month seems extreme, so here’s the big question:

What did we gain from Into the Amazon – Brazil 2018?

During our Amazon expedition we met many new exporters, strengthened bonds with long-time business partners and made countless invaluable connections.  These connections will be fundamental in growing and improving our business operations for years to come.  This expedition was an effort to increase the variety and quality of wild caught fish that we can offer to you, our lovely customers!

We would say this trip was a smashing success.  Going into it we had some doubts and some empty spots in our itinerary.  Those empty spaces filled quickly upon arrival and pieces feel seamlessly into place.  We flew home with our hearts and minds full of possibilities for the future.  Far more than we could have imagined.

It would be impossible to properly show you what we gained from this journey in one blog post.  It is necessary to show you in depth the remarkable people we met, the unimaginable places we saw, the astonishing underwater world that we witnessed and every magnificent tidbit in between.

During the month of December we will be uploading the Facebook live streams from our journey to our YouTube channel.  This will give you an opportunity to see them again and those who missed them can catch up.
This provides us some time to get our massive stock (3 terabytes) of footage in order and start working on the Official YouTube Series: Into the Amazon – Brazil 2018.

There will be a series trailer coming out before Christmas, the first episode will premiere in early January.

If you haven’t already, make sure to head to our YouTube Channel.   Hit the SUBSCRIBE button and click the BELL notification button so that you don’t miss anything!  Keep an eye on our Facebook page for tidbits and teasers as the series nears its premiere date.   Don’t forget to sign up for our Official Newsletter so that you don’t miss out on new stock arrivals and news updates.

We are tremendously eager to share everything with you, thank you for following along and the best is yet to come!

Sincerely,

Jamie & Christine
