Our stock is subject to change regarding price, availability, and size so please email us before you send payment for any orders.

All fish are considered for sale until a deposit or payment is made.

Sexing:

Will do our best to get your request correct, however we do not guarantee sexing with 100% accuracy.

Sizing:

All listed sizes are an average.  Some fish may be slightly larger or smaller than listed.

Shipping: 

Local pick-up is available by appointment only.  Send us a message via our Contact Us page to set up a date and time to stop in.

In order to get a shipping quote we need to know the exact amount of each species you want and your full address.

You pay for the shipping.  We do not charge extra for box, styro, heat packs or packing  materials.

Ground shipping is via Fedex Priority Overnight to your door or to be held at a designated Fedex office for pick-up if you aren’t going to be home to receive the delivery.  We ship FedEx Monday through Thursday only.

We also ship air cargo via Southwest, American and Delta airlines. We will schedule a shipping day with you once we receive payment based on our availability.

Shipping during extreme heat/cold will be at our discretion.

Payment: 

All payments for fish and shipping are to be made to our Paypal account.  We will provide you with our Paypal account information at the time of your order.

We will not be responsible for the 3% Paypal fee.  You must add 3% to your total if you choose to send via a method that charges the fee.  If you have questions about this please ask.

For local pick up we accept payment via Paypal, credit card or cash, no checks are accepted. Wisconsin residents are subject to sales tax.

Live arrival & DOA Policy:

We guarantee live arrival with Fed Ex Priority Overnight provided you are at the delivery address when the shipment arrives to receive it.  If your order is held for pickup at the Fedex office you must pick it up within two hours of it’s arrival.

We guarantee live arrival with same day shipping air cargo, you must pick up within four hours of arrival at the destination cargo facility.

Not picking up the shipment within the above stated timeframe voids “Live arrival guarantee” on all shipping methods.

Not being at the delivery address at time of arrival/delivery (first attempt) voids “Live arrival guarantee” on all shipping methods.

We are not responsible for DOAs that involve carrier mishandling including delays in transit, packaging damage or temperature extremes.  In these cases the consignee must file a claim with the airline carrier/Fedex, we will help with this.

Per our live animal shipping contract with FedEx we do not receive reimbursements if the shipment arrives past the scheduled time.  Your shipping cost will not be reimbursed from us if your shipment arrives past it’s scheduled time.  Due to our live animal shipping contract we do not receive reimbursement for DOA from Fedex and therefore your shipping cost cannot be refunded to you by us.  You may file a claim with Fedex.

DOAs must be reported within two hours of arrival and must include a photograph of the fish in question via email or Facebook message.

Credit will be given for DOAs on your next order at our discretion. There will be no cash or Paypal refunds.

Once the fish are in your care they are your responsibility, no credit will be issued for death after arrival.  Please ask if you are uncertain about water temperature, pH, water parameters or care for your specific order, we are happy to help with this.

Legal Right to Refuse Service:

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.
