Order Information:
Step 1) Take a look at our Stock List. Clicking any item takes you to our Current Stock Gallery so you can see an image of the fish you are interested in. Decide what you would like to order.
Step 2) Read our “Terms & Conditions” page.
Step 3) Send us a message via the Order Form above, our Contact Us/Order Now page or via Facebook message. Include in your Inquiry what you would like to order and your full address so that we can provide an accurate shipping quote. Please also include any questions you might have regarding your order, the species you are interested in and any other concerns you might have.
Step 4) Wait for us to reply! We will reply and let you know if we have your request in stock, if we do not we may suggest similar species or let you know when we expect them to be available. We will go into detail about your shipping options and prices and we will address any questions/concerns you had. We may send you an order total at that time or wait to hear back from you with your choice of shipping method. To read about our shipping methods see our “Terms & Conditions” page.
Step 5) Now it is time to make the payment. We will provide you with payment instructions, which will be via Paypal. We are happy to assist you if you are unfamiliar with Paypal. We also accept credit cards (+3% fee). Once we receive payment the fish are officially yours.
Step 6) By this time we may have already chosen and agreed upon a ship date. If we haven’t then we will do so now. You will be provided with detailed tracking and pick up (if applicable) information. On the day of shipping we will help you to track the shipment and send you updates as best we can, especially with air cargo. We will be on standby and ready to assist with any issues that come up. Facebook message is the FASTEST way to communicate during this time.
Step 7) Once you receive your fish please acclimate accordingly, our pH is 8 and our water temperature is 80-82 degrees. Please ask if you have more detailed questions about water parameters for a specific fish. We are happy to assist with any questions or help you might need to make your fish happy and safe in their new home and especially during the stressful transition to their new environment.
