In order to get a shipping quote we need to know the exact amount of each species you want and your full address.
You pay for the shipping costs. We do not charge extra for box, styro, heatpacks or packing.
Shipping is via Fedex Priority overnight to your door or to be held at the designated Fedex office for pick-up. We ship FedEx Monday through Thursday only. We also ship via Southwest, American, United and Delta airlines. We will schedule a shipping day with you once we receive payment based on our availability. Shipping during cold weather will be at our discretion.

All payments for fish and shipping are to be made to our Paypal account. We will provide you with our Paypal account information via email or Facebook message.
For local pick up we accept prepay via Paypal or cash, no checks accepted. Wisconsin Resisdents subject to sales tax.
Live arrival & DOA Policy:
We guarantee live arrival with Fed Ex priority overnight provided you are at the delivery address when the shipment arrives to receive it. If your order is held for pickup at the Fedex office you must pick it up within one hour after arrival.
We guarantee live arrival same day shipping Airport to Airport, you must pick up within one hour after arrival.
Not picking up the shipment within one hour after arrival voids "Live arrival guarantee" on all shipping methods.
Not being at the delivery address at time of arrival/delivery (first attemp) voids "Live arrival guarantee" on all shipping methods.
We are not responsible for DOAs that involve carrier mishandling including delays in transit, packaging damage or water temperature extremes. In these cases the consignee must file a claim with the airline carrier, we will help with this.
Per our contract with FedEx we do not recieve reinbursements if the shipment arrives past the scheduled time. Your shipping cost will not be reimbursed from us if your shipment arrives past it's scheduled time.
DOAs must be reported within two hours of arrival and must include a photograph via email.
Credit will be given for DOAs on your next order at our discretion. There will be no cash or Paypal refunds.
Once the fish are in your care they are your responsibility, no credit will be issued for death after arrival. Please ask if you are uncertain about water temperature, PH or care for your specific order, we are happy to help with this.
